SAT Olympiad 2026 Registrations Open Across India, Offering Early College-Readiness Assessment and Scholarship Opportunities
SAT Olympiad 2026 has opened registrations for students in Classes 9 to 12, offering a national-level online SAT readiness assessment on August 29 and 30, 2026. Participants will receive detailed performance reports, SAT preparation resources, scholarships, mentorship, research opportunities, career guidance, and university admission support through leading academic partners.
The 2026 edition follows a successful inaugural year in which the SAT Olympiad engaged more than 500 schools across 23 states and produced over 60 scholarship recipients. Several top-performing students from the first edition progressed toward admissions at universities in India and abroad, establishing the Olympiad as an important benchmark for aspiring university applicants.
Every registered participant in the 2026 edition will receive benefits valued at more than Rs 25,000. These include curated SAT preparation resources, structured performance feedback, post-Olympiad guidance, a detailed readiness report identifying academic strengths and improvement areas, and an official Olympiad Certificate of Participation, regardless of final ranking.
The SAT Olympiad has also partnered with several education and career organizations to extend scholarship opportunities through their flagship programmes. Galvanize Global Education will provide scholarships for its Premium Bachelors Guidance programme, offering admissions counselling, profile development, and SAT preparation support to high-performing students seeking competitive university admissions.
Clarkson University will offer university scholarships to SAT Olympiad participants who subsequently secure admission to the institution, creating a funded pathway to undergraduate education in the United States. Lumiere Education will award scholarships for its one-to-one Research Scholar Program, enabling selected students to work under the mentorship of researchers from leading global universities and produce original academic research.
SecondTeacher will provide scholarships for its subject-coaching programme, delivering structured and personalised academic support to strengthen core subjects. We-Learn will offer scholarships for its profile and portfolio development programme, helping students present their academic achievements effectively during university admissions. BuildUp Mirai will extend scholarships for its industry internship programme, providing students with early professional exposure, while kareers.ai will offer complimentary career-discovery sessions that align students' strengths with suitable university pathways and career options.
The organisers stated that scholarship awards will be based on student rankings and remain subject to the eligibility criteria established by each partner organisation. Students from Classes 9 to 12 across all major education boards, including home-schooled learners, are eligible to participate either individually or through their schools.
The organisers emphasised that understanding college readiness at an early stage enables students to improve their academic performance well before university admissions begin. Beginning SAT preparation from Classes 9 and 10 allows students to measure their performance against a national benchmark, identify skill gaps, and strengthen their academic profile before high-stakes examinations. The assessment also gains greater relevance as an increasing number of universities in India and overseas accept SAT scores for admissions.
As the Knowledge Partner, Galvanize Global Education will provide test preparation, profile-building assistance, and admissions counselling support to every participant. The wider network of scholarship partners will further connect top-performing students with research mentorship, subject coaching, internship opportunities, and scholarship programmes, ensuring that the Olympiad serves as the beginning of a broader academic journey rather than a standalone examination.
Ram Srinivasan, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Galvanize Global Education, said that many students begin thinking about the SAT only in Classes 11 or 12, by which time valuable preparation opportunities have already been lost. He said SAT Olympiad 2026 enables students to begin as early as Classes 9 and 10, providing every participant with a clear understanding of their current standing and a practical roadmap toward university admissions in India and abroad, supported by scholarships and mentorship from partner organisations.
The Principal of DPS Faridabad said the SAT Olympiad offered students an opportunity to experience internationally benchmarked assessments within a structured and motivating environment. According to the Principal, the assessment helped students gain early understanding of global testing standards, build confidence through meaningful performance feedback, and explore academic and scholarship opportunities linked to future university admissions.
The organisers have also announced that students can follow campaign updates through the official social media initiative using the campaign title "SATOlympiad2026." Assistance for participants will be available through dedicated messaging and email support channels operated by the organisers.
With registrations now open, SAT Olympiad 2026 aims to strengthen early academic planning by providing students with nationally benchmarked performance analysis, professional guidance, scholarships, research opportunities, mentorship, and structured pathways toward higher education in India and around the world.
